Why do i get a whole different ip address in ip lookup?

eveytime I lookup my ip it says an ip address I don't use, but when I check my network settings I get the correct ip address. The address that keeps showing up in ip lookup is about a quarter of a mile away from my house. Should I be worried?

note: this change came around after installing opendns|||Public [Internet] IP Address == http://whatismyipaddress.com

Private [LAN] IP Address

- IP Address == Private [LAN] Address|||No, the address it is getting is probably just part of the broad range of IP's they have. And as for ti showing up 1/4 mile away from your house that is just an estimate and most likely the location of your ISP's equipment. When I do IPlookup it says I am located over 80km away.|||Always try with another IP lookup. Excellent IP tracers are:
