Best ip address locator?

i have a way to get peoples ip address on my ps3, but i need a good site to show where they are located and there name, etc. i have been using this site

is there a better one???|||It is not possible, nor is it legal. You would have to contact the ISP to get the name and address of the specific customer via their IP and they would never in a million years give out that information.|||You can try this site to find location of ip addresses
