How can i find the phone number of an address?

i've done alot of the revserse address lookup websites with no results. is there any other way?|||if it is not at http://find.person.superpages.com/10866/鈥?/a> then the number is unlisted and you are SOL...|||If a telephone number is unlisted, you will be out of luck as the websites get their information from the telephone companies and they will not give out unlisted numbers.
