a camp friend, dont know his last name. but know the state and an estimate of age. it wasn't really camp, but a six day program.|||Minors rarely pay for the "up keep" of where they reside. Therefore, doubt very much if you'd be able to trace the whereabouts of someone (you call a friend) but don't even know the persons surname.
Now it wasn't a real camp, just a six day program. What else don't we know?
