I'm looking for a site that does not charge you to give you the name and address. All the sites I've tried charge you to show the name and address. All of them look it up free, but anything more than that you have to pay.|||There are no free cell phone directories.|||There aren't any free ways to find out who a cell phone number belongs to.
They charge you because the directories have to pay for that information. I found a site that gives great information on the cell phone owner.
It's a paid site, though. It's worth it if you really need the information.
